Payrolling or employee leasing is the process of managing the payroll of casual staff on behalf of an organization by transferring them to our United Payroll Service. Organizations only pay for the person's productivity during their assignment and all fringe costs are absorbed by United. Payrolling provides organizations with a flexible staffing platform.
As we are the legal employer of all staff that we provide we are responsible for all Government required deductions at source and issuing R.O.E. and T-4 processing.
WSIB Certificates of clearance are automatically sent to you every 60 days. ( All our staff is covered under our WSIB firm.)

We manage your risk factors when using United Staffing, as we ensure that all staff we provide have provided us with their Social Insurance Card as well as 1 piece of Government Photo I.D. All staff are paid through Direct Deposit at the T.D.Bank as well all employee's are trained on WHMIS and GMP at our facility
