United Staffing Services provides temporary and contract staff for long or short term assignments to Industry, Commerce & Transportation.

We specialize in the Co-Packing Industry to accommodate fluctuating staffing requirements.

The goal of establishing United Staffing Services Inc. was to elevate the concept of contract placement, and to continue setting new standards for the industry.

Canadian owned and operated, our internal staff is comprised of individuals with over 30 years experience in the Temporary Staffing Industry as well as Human Resources, Manufacturing , Logistics and Packaging industries.

What that means to our Customers, is the placement of our temporary or contract staff meet or exceed your specific requirements. To our employees, a commitment to meaningful work without the constant revolving door syndrome.

We provide WHMIS training for all employees at our office.

At Sites when new employees are added we conduct all training prior to staff being assigned to any customer .
We also train our staff on GMP, employee sign off forms are available to be faxed or emailed to the customer.
We can also, incorporate any specific training that customers would like.

All employees complete the Worker Health & Safety Awareness in 4 Steps , copies are available to be forwarded to our customers along with the Criminal Background Checks.

Electronic & Biometric Employee Time Control Systems

The systems are installed at customer sites where negotiated and daily shift reports submitted electronically via email to the customer 2 minutes after the shift starts to obtain an accurate attendance report.

Supervision

On site supervision by US for US to manage our staff ensuring quality control, Productivity, Efficiency, and attendance. Our supervisor will ensure our employees are meeting your expectations. This service is available for all shifts.

What is included in our rates

We manage your risk factors when using United Staffing, as we ensure that all staff we provide have provided us with their Social Insurance Card as well as 1 piece of Government Photo I.D. All staff are paid through Direct Deposit at the T.D. Bank as well all employee's are trained on WHMIS and GMP at our facility

All payroll costs (CPP,UIC, EHT,WSIB,VAC. PAY, Stat Holiday Pay) are inclusive in the rates that we charge. All employees are employees of United Staffing Service and not the customer.

As we are the legal employer of all staff that we provide we are responsible for all Government required deductions at source and issuing R.O.E. and T-4 processing.

WSIB Certificates of clearance are automatically sent to you every 60 days. (All our staff are covered under our WSIB firm).

Criminal background checks on all of our employees.
